Product Overview

Ceiling Anchors are hammer-set mechanical anchors used to fasten lightweight fixtures and components to concrete or masonry. They are also commonly referred to as Ceiling Wall Hammer Anchors or Hammer Drive Ceiling Anchors. The two-piece design incorporates an expansion body and a separate driving element, allowing the anchor to be installed by hammering the fastener into a prepared hole.

These anchors are commonly used for fixing suspended ceiling components, electrical fixtures, cable supports, light-duty brackets, sheet metal, plastic components, and other overhead or wall-mounted items. Their compact construction and hammer-set installation make them practical where a quick mechanical fixing method is preferred over threaded expansion anchors or concrete screws.

Ceiling Anchors are generally intended for light-duty fastening rather than applications requiring the load capacity of heavy-duty wedge anchors or structural mechanical anchors. Selection should take account of the base material, fixture weight, hole diameter, embedment depth, and required load performance.
